Eva James Love & War CD Review
By Heather Burke
5/19/06

The first thing you notice about this CD before you even put it in your stereo is the
fabulous cover art by an unknown Russian artist.

Love & War is a solid power pop album with a 70's folk sound with a twist of Latin
flare to round out her unique style. With her haunting vocals that are filled with so
much feeling it will give you chills. Eva could give singer/songwriters of yesterday
such as Stevie Nicks and Carol King a run for their money. But make no mistake
yesterday is not where Eva belongs! She has the talent to be in the same class as
Sheryl  Crow and Melissa Etheridge.

This CD has a solid song list without those hollow meaningless songs that have
been on a lot of CD's lately. Eva offers you many subtle messages if you only pay
attention to her music. All the songs on this CD are great if you love deep music or
just something great to dance to.

The beginning of the CD starts out with riveting folk blues sound but as you ease in
to the middle of the CD you get hit with a sassy Latin flare, followed up by a great
rock country sound that would make Faith Hill proud, ending with a band of Latin
flare for an amazing spicy finish.

Brad Wilson Live CD Review
By: Heather Burke
5/17/06

If you wanted to try to compare Brad Wilson's sound to just one band,
you wouldn't be able to do this his sound is too unique. To do his style
justice you would need to mix the sounds of several bands. The best
description I can give you  is to mix a little .38 Special, a little Lynard
Skynnard, and a bit of Stray Cats rock-a-billy sound to round out his
own personal groove.

The entire CD has a perfect flow with out any drags or breaks in the
groove. It's a great CD to dance to, relax to, or spend a little quiet time
with your loved ones. But make no mistake this CD still has an intense
climax with a smooth ending.

Some of the CD's highlights are Got The Feeling, The Healer, and
House Of Love. All three of these songs are at crucial parts of the CD!
If even one was located at a different part of the CD it would throw off
the groove of the whole CD.

Got The Feeling is in the beginning of the CD and really helps to set
the mood for the rest of the CD. With its gritty, heartfelt lyrics and
catchy riffs it's just what you need to get started.

The Healer is in the middle of the CD. This song is a great song to get
pumped out of a jute box with your playing a game of pool or dancing
the night away!

House Of Love is at the end of the CD setting a slightly slower tempo
and closing the cd. Defiantly a great song for when your relaxing or
dreaming the night way with your beau.

If you don't already own this amazing CD you defiantly need to add it
to your CD collection. This is one CD that a serious music fan should
not be with out!
